Find help for the current task
For an image that will not open, use Troubleshoot files and exports. For a crop that removes the wrong content, use Crop and position. For a PDF that prints smaller than expected, use Print at actual size.
If a project asks for the original, read Save and restore projects. A parameter-only record is not a photo backup. The privacy guide explains how to remove a local project, an included original, and downloaded copies.
Keep useful diagnostic details
Record the exact error message, the step that failed, the file format, its byte size and pixel dimensions, and the browser you used. For a printing problem, record the PDF page size, loaded paper, scale setting, and measured calibration length.
You can often investigate a problem with the supplied example photo or a non-private test file. Do not include an original photo, a private filename, or a project JSON in a public discussion unless you intend to disclose it. Project files can contain your own names and source-file information.
Email and on-page help
The email link opens your email app. This page has no message or upload form, and the print tools do not send your photos, filenames, calculations, or projects to support.
If you email us, describe the steps, your browser, and any error text. Use the supplied sample or another non-private example when possible. Do not attach private photos or project files.
Accessibility help
The Accessibility page describes keyboard alternatives, zoom and layout considerations, and known limits of a visual crop preview. The same help documents are available as ordinary page text and can be reached without dragging a photo.
