Selected photos and processing
When you choose or drop a file, the browser reads that selected file for the current task. PrintLilt uses it to determine dimensions, display a preview, calculate a crop, and create the output you request. Photo bytes and source filenames are not sent to a remote image-processing service.
The working image occupies browser memory while the task is open. Temporary object URLs support that session and are not published links or durable backups. Closing or refreshing the page can remove temporary access unless an original was explicitly saved locally.
Local projects and optional originals
New local projects store versioned parameters and source-file information, including the project name, filename, type, byte size, dimensions, orientation, and layout choices. These records use browser storage associated with this site.
If you explicitly choose to include the original, its bytes are stored separately in the browser’s local image database. They are not uploaded. The file can use substantial local space. Use the project controls to remove the stored original or delete the project.
Browser storage can be restricted, cleared, become unavailable, or be evicted. It is not a guaranteed backup. A failed save means the latest change was not persisted. Keep originals and any parameter files you need in your own file storage.
Files you download or share
JPEG, PNG, and photo-layout PDF downloads contain the image result you request. A numerical summary PDF contains settings and calculated results. Project JSON contains parameters and source-file information, but never the original image bytes, a thumbnail, or a reusable blob URL.
Downloaded files are saved through your browser and operating system. Anyone you share them with can inspect their contents, including names present in a project file. Deleting local site data does not delete those independent downloads.
Preferences and search
Functional preferences, such as the selected theme, can be retained locally to support the interface. Site search works against published content in the browser; it does not search your private photo or project records.
Search terms in a URL can remain in browser history, a copied link, or an ordinary request for that URL. Avoid putting private information into a search query or a link you intend to share.
Ordinary website requests
Loading PrintLilt requires requests for pages and site assets. The delivery infrastructure receives normal connection and request information, such as an IP address, requested path, and browser-provided headers. That is separate from the local photo-processing workflow.
This notice does not assign an invented retention period to infrastructure logs. Operational handling depends on the deployed hosting configuration. Local processing means the photo workflow does not transmit selected image data; it does not mean that visiting any website produces no network information.
Advertising, analytics, and external links
Advertising and analytics are disabled in this version. There are no advertising or analytics scripts in the photo workflow and no account, remote photo library, or contact-upload form.
The demonstration photograph is served as a local site asset. Following a source link opens another organisation’s site, where its own requests and policies apply. PrintLilt does not send your selected photo to a source publisher.
Delete local data
Delete projects and stored originals with the project controls. Use your browser’s site-data settings to remove all locally retained site data and preferences. Keep anything you need before clearing it, because saved projects may no longer be recoverable afterward.
Remove downloaded files from the folders where they were saved. Clearing browser data and deleting downloads are separate actions. Neither action can withdraw a copy you have already shared with another person.
Notice and help
This notice describes the current tools and website delivery. Contact and help lists the support email address and documentation guides.
If you choose to email PrintLilt, your email provider and the forwarding and mailbox services used to deliver your message process its contents. Do not send private photos or project files. The print tools do not attach or send your work automatically.
