Sheet dimensions
A tiny print can be useful for a contact-style reference or a small keepsake, but the page is not a passport or identity-photo preset. PrintLilt does not certify official photo requirements or automatically position a face for a particular application.

A layout at actual size
A 40 × 60 mm portrait photo centred on A8 leaves 6 mm at each side and 7 mm above and below. A 800 × 1200 pixel source has the matching 2:3 shape and provides 508 PPI at that physical size. The dimensions are an original layout example, not a document-compliance specification.
Margins and printing limits
Verify the printer’s minimum media dimensions and feed instructions. If A8 is unsupported, use a larger sheet with the same 40 × 60 mm image rectangle. Printing a larger layout at Fit scale would alter that rectangle, so measure a calibration mark before trimming.
The spaces in the example are calculated from the paper and image rectangles. They are not a device-specific margin recommendation. Match the PDF page to the loaded paper and check a physical calibration mark before relying on the final dimensions.
