Make room for every print.

Choose a sheet, set the spacing, and print at actual size.

Open a photo to export image files or a photo layout. You can still download a size summary and project settings.

Start with the sheet

Choose a paper format and orientation, then set margins your printer can use. A4 is 210 × 297 mm; Letter is 8.5 × 11 inches. The tool knows these dimensions, but it cannot discover the printable area of your device.

Choose the photo rectangle independently. A photo can be smaller than the sheet with deliberate space around it. A printer’s Fit setting may shrink the whole page, so keep actual-size printing in mind from the start.

Place one photo

A landscape 10 × 8 inch photo centred on landscape Letter leaves 0.5 inch at each side and 0.25 inch above and below. In millimetres, those spaces are 12.7 and 6.35. Check the device’s margin instructions before relying on that placement.

Fill or fit applies inside the photo’s target frame. A fit border is therefore different from the outer page margin. Read both measurements when an image must fit an existing mount or be trimmed accurately.

Repeat a photo

A two-by-two grid of 5 × 3.5 inch landscape frames with 4 mm gaps occupies 258 × 181.8 mm. On landscape A4, centring that grid leaves 19.5 mm side margins and 14.1 mm above and below.

Each grid must fit across and down the sheet. Copies beyond that grid’s capacity continue on additional sheets of the same size. Check the total sheet count and use Previous sheet and Next sheet to inspect each page. If the grid itself does not fit, change its arrangement, frame dimensions, gap, margins, or paper size.
